Okarowokwibyeacel is a great and historic clan among the langi in Northern Uganda.
The clan currently harbours great leaders in all parts of this world. If you are to reach in any African country, Europe or USA, your host maybe from this great clan. Taking an example of the former member of parliament Ben Wacha, a son to the great Jago Wacha, George Akara, current Councilor in Lira and forgetting Colonel Wacha Charlse Angulu son to the great Jeremiah Angulu.
The clan nourishes kids well and they go through proper moral lessons before and after the adolescent stage. For this reason, the kids have been able to take great leadership positions locally and internationally. They are leaders in engineering, medecine, military, fine art, public administration and entrepreneurship.
This is not just a desirable achievement by the clan but they are indeed actual. The high level of moral standards the kids have and their ability to stand firm in adverse circumstances tells you that when you actually come across a kid from this clan, then you have met a great mind.
Okarowokwibyeacel, is built on subsistance farming and was under the leadership of Jago Wacha, who was the parish priest in the twentieth century. He and his two brothers Jeremiah Angulu and Elizefani Angulu formed a strong backbone of this clan.
